Teachers work according to a scheme of work planned at the beginning of the year, which is translated into practice on the daily basis. The child is assessed through a comprehensive evaluation system that takes on account not only his / her academic performance but also his / her growth in areas of culture and extra curricular activities. A test to assess the child’s progress is held at the end of each term and the report is sent to the parents. Periodic meetings between teachers and parents take place so that both collectively participate in the progress of the child.

Class room work lays stress on participation and arousing curiosity with emphasis on group learning, peer help and use of electronic and audio – visual aids. Homework is given according to a carefully set scheme of education. Children do homework under the supervision of Master / Mistress
on duty.

The aim of the whole system is not to judge the child but to provide aid and support to his all round development and get him to give out his / her best
